Mit einem Faszienball können Faszien an der Fußsohle und im Wadenbereich geschmeidig gemacht und besser durchblutet werden. Dabei mehrfach über den Ball rollen und Hallux valgus Schmerzen lindern. Auch kreisende Bewegungen und eine Dehnung der Fußsohle machen Sinn.

Muskulatur lockern mit Fußmassage

Operative solutions for hallux valgus pain


Although the Hallux valgus op is performed frequently, it does not belong to the uncomplicated operations.
